a doctor & an engineer fell in luv w/ d same pretty nurse..d engr had to attend a seminar 4 a wk.. engr told d nurse 'il b away 4 a wk but i hav a present 4 u but dnt open it til i leave'.. wen she unwrapd d box, she found 7 apples & a n0te:
